Making Word work for you
Finding key words:
CTRL-F is a really useful shortcut to find specific phrases in your essays and other work. You can search for particular words you need to upgrade or phrases to search much more quickly through the content. This works for internet browsers and PDFs documents as well.

Taking this a step further, I recommend you also use ‘Find and Replace’ with this tool you can upgrade or fix typos almost instantly as save yourself a lot of time correcting (this will also limit the amount of times I have to repeat myself if you don’t spell an author’s name correctly and generally help lower my blood pressure whilst marking).
CTRL-F > Down toggle > Advanced Find
